Huge congratulations to Baroness Arlene Foster of Aghadrumsee, Chairman of Together UK Foundation, Queen’s alumnus, and one of Northern Ireland’s most prominent political figures for the unveiling of her portrait at Queens University Belfast on Tuesday 26th November.
The portrait will feature in Queen’s Great Hall alongside many great figures with connections to the University throughout its 180-year history.
Second and of immense pride is Together UK Foundation Board Member & Claudy, Northern Ireland born Melanie Hampton. Now Member of the Order of the British Empire, Melanie Hampton MBE. The investiture was by HRH Prince William at Windsor Castle. Many congratulations.
Third, Advisory Board Member Mark Seddon for his recently published book on Great British Elms: The remarkable story of an iconic tree and it’s return from the brink. Co-authored with David Shreeve MBE with the most amazing photography by Sam Ford. Sam is seriously talented. If you need a photographer, we would be delighted to connect you.
